Business days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
ALLURE GLAM STYLES is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
PROCESSING: 3-5 business days
ORDER FULFILLMENT: 2-5 business days.
DELIVERY: Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days depending on location. Priority shipping takes 1-2 business days depending on location. U.S orders 6-10 business days for all international orders
Total time frame for you to receive your order is 9 - 11 business days.
For custom units please allow 7-10 business days for processing BEFORE shipping.
For all Ready to Ship wigs and purchases from AGS processing time will be 3-5 business days, sales may extend processing time.
For custom units "Rush" processing time will be 3-5 business days BEFORE shipping. If you would like to add a "Rush" to your custom wig, please email to consult on timing.
Pickups/Drop offs

Exact pickup time and exact location will be sent out via email upon completion of customer's order.
AGS is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Plea se contact the carrier to submit a claim due their negligence and failure to meet your expectation. WE ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING AND THE FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled.
We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure YOU enters YOUR billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
