We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to purchase with full certainty. 

All EXTENSIONS AND WIGS Units SELLS are FINAL. NO refunds.

ALLERGIES: 

Please be advised it is your responsibility to inform AGS of any allergies to any hair products. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.

ALLURE GLAM STYLES is not responsible for improper fitting (Premade and Ready to wear wigs), so it is important that you have your correct measurement before checking out. Measurements of the wigs are listed under each wig description.

By completing your purchase, you are consenting to all policies. Once an order is placed there may be NO additional changes made. Please add head circumference to your order, if not added unit will be made the average circumference size (22").

Once you have received your unit with any issues, it should be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving your unit along with PHOTOGRAPHY evidence, failure to do so will result in us not being able to assist with your inquiries. Customers are responsible for shipping of the wig being sent back to us and must be sent within 7 days of receiving the units. UNITS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINALSTATE (NO CUT LACE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE!).


If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a trackable service isn't used.


If customer chooses to provide hair, hair must be received within a week of order placement. Anything later than a week may affect processing time. If customer chooses to provide their own hair the hair must be CLEAN, THREAD-FREE, and LABELED (length) and new lace is REQUIRED.

Once order is placed additional instructions will be given. Unless stated otherwise, all units include bleached knots, lace customization, shampoo, deep condition, trim, and style. Deep Curly and Deep Wave hair will be left in natural state. If you would like color added to your custom wig, please email to inquire before completing your purchase

Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs.

Exchanges are ONLY accepted if  you received the wrong items.
